Cabinet doors are the defining feature that transforms simple shelving into finished, refined cabinetry. Over the past 25 years, Texas Woodmill Cabinets has crafted tens of thousands of cabinet doors in a wide range of styles.
Below is a selection of some of our most popular profiles. Each style can be built in virtually any wood species, and additional options are available, including CNC-cut MDF doors for painted applications.

Every wood door we produce goes through a detailed, multi-step sanding procedure to ensure it is properly prepared for paint or stain. This process creates a smooth, consistent surface that allows the finish to adhere evenly and perform as intended.
Once assembled, each door passes three times through our 43-inch wide-belt sander. This step levels the surface, ensures the door is perfectly flat, and removes minor inconsistencies in the wood.
Multiple passes help achieve a uniform thickness and smooth foundation before detailed finishing begins.
After machine sanding, each door is carefully hand-sanded by skilled craftsmen. This step removes any remaining cross-grain marks from the wide-belt process and allows for close inspection of the wood surface.
Hand sanding ensures a refined texture and prepares the door for a consistent finish application.
Finally, a rotary flatter sander is used to smooth interior profiles, edges, and detailed contours. This specialized equipment reaches areas that flat sanders cannot, ensuring decorative elements and raised panels are evenly prepared for staining or painting.
From profile selection to final sanding, every cabinet door is crafted with care and precision to ensure lasting quality and a refined finish.
